My Story

As long as I can remember, massage has been part of my life. Setting a timer and taking turns in exchanging massages with my siblings was a part of everyday life.

Later, I began studying Swedish and Sports massage. The training gave me technical and anatomical knowledge, while strengthening skills that had already developed naturally over the years.

My grandma was the first person who showed me how deeply nourishing mindful touch can be. She always enjoys a good back rub and repeats:

It heals me. It nourishes me. Touch restores me.

Meaning of touch in massage therapy

Meaning of Touch

Touch goes beyond relaxation or physical treatment. I believe it connects deeply to our earliest experiences of life. It is proven that newborns die without being physically held. In adult life, we experience something much more subtle through touch than just physical sensations.

Over the years of working with people, I have witnessed this again and again: once the body relaxes, there is often a simple and beautiful state of receiving — enjoying care, attention, and human presence without the need to give anything back.

Therapist's approach to massage

My Approach

My approach is simple: to create a space where the body can slow down and release tension.

“Be gentle. Always. Even with firm pressure. Be gentle.” My hands are trained to feel, understand, and respond to different layers of tension within the body, whether physical or emotional. I approach everyone with kindness, presence, and compassionate understanding.

During each session, I work attentively, adjusting pressure and rhythm to what your body needs. The focus is not only relaxation, but also addressing areas of discomfort in a precise and effective way. When tension softens, the body naturally becomes more open to rest, ease, and enjoyment.
